We offer comprehensive testing to ensure your pool and/or spa are both safe for you and your family to use. Our home inspectors inspect the area to identify potential pool or spa risks.

Home Warranty & Home Maintenance

Warranty inspections are performed during the 11th month of your 1-year Builder Warranty. Both warranty inspections of finished new construction or remodeling verify that proper building techniques were used and that the various components of the home were properly installed. We also provide home maintenance inspections to inform you on any problem areas in your home and details to look out for in the future.

Septic System Inspections

We perform complete septic systems inspections from traditional concrete tank and drain field systems to complete aerobic treatment systems and everything in between. We are NAWT (National Association of Wastewater Technicians) certified (Inspector ID# 14686ITC).

WDI / Termite Inspections

We perform complete WDI/Termite inspection for your added convenience at the time of the home inspection. (Commercial Technician License #0819059)
