I had a home inspection done by Peachtree Home Inspections, and Shawn was outstanding from start to finish. His communication was clear, quick, and professional, every question I had was answered with patience and detail. The inspection itself was thorough, and the report he delivered was one of the cleanest, most organized breakdowns I’ve ever seen. He caught things I wouldn’t have even thought to look for, explained why they mattered, and made the entire process smooth during a pretty stressful part of buying a home. If you need an inspector who knows his craft, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, Shawn is your guy. Highly recommend!

Shawn was very detailed in his inspection and saved me a lot of money with his expertise. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and patient as he explained findings to me, as a new homebuyer.
